Between the 15,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom – which can be easily divided into smaller spaces – and the more intimate Junior Ballroom, we can tailor the perfect venue for your needs. The cost of a wedding and reception varies greatly. Room rental, food, hosted beverages and service fees/gratuities will make up your final total. Please see our brochure and catering menu for current prices.
The rental fee includes a six-hour reception, all dining tables and dinnerware, Captain’s choice tablecloths and napkins, dance floor and skirted tables for: gifts, place cards, guest book, DJ and cake. Food, beverages and AV are not included in the rental fee.
All food and beverages, including alcohol, must be provided through our in-house catering department, with the exception of a decorated wedding cake or decorated wedding cupcakes. A $75 cake-cutting fee will apply.
To guarantee your date and space, we require payment of the entire room rental fee as well as a signed contract/proposal. The room rental fee is nonrefundable.
