With WinStar Wallet, you’re able to win big without an ATM. By securely connecting to your Club Passport card, WinStar Wallet enables you to digitally access gaming funds for an easier way to play. Simply download the My WinStar app, and visit the Players Club desk to connect your WinStar Wallet to your Club Passport account. WinStar Wallet is only available at participating electronic games, restaurants, bars, and gift shops.
From there, you can easily fund your WinStar Wallet with a credit card, debit card or bank account. Instead of carrying cash, just insert your Club Passport card into the gaming machine of your choice and select the amount you’d like to spend from your Wallet. Eliminate the cash, embrace the convenience.
- Download the My WinStar app from the Apple or Google Play store and create an account.
- Visit the Players Club desk to link your Club Passport card to your wallet account and set up a PIN.
- Securely connect your PayPal, Apple Pay or bank account to load money to your wallet.
- Insert your Club Passport card into your favorite e-game and access your funds.
My WinStar
By joining Club Passport, patrons are automatically enrolled in My WinStar. This is the easiest way to access point totals, monitor game activity, and get the latest deals and discounts.
TechNICal
You can register for an account using a 10-digit phone number. Upon entry, you are sent and prompted to enter a six-digit code where you will link your Club Passport ID. To link your account, you will need your account number, zip code and PIN.
Please double-check that the phone number or email address you entered is correct and free of any typos. If you haven’t received the verification code after a few minutes, please try requesting it again.
When editing your profile, you can also choose to receive the verification code via email. If you select this option, please remember to check your spam or junk mail folder in your email inbox, as verification codes can sometimes be mistakenly marked as spam.
If you fail to enter the correct OTP code three times in a row, the app will disable login for 30 minutes. If you fail again on the second attempt, the app will disable login for 60 minutes. On the third failed attempt, the app will lock you out for 120 minutes.
The app is totally free to download and use and is available in both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Like other mobile apps, standard data and message charges may apply for SMS messaging (depending upon your carrier plan).
Rewards
You can access your Tier Status, Points Balance, Comp Balance and Free Play anytime, anywhere via your Player Dashboard.
