A Players Club Representative will enter your information and create a Club Passport card account and personalized card for you.
Save time by filling out this online form to open your Club Passport Card account. When you get to the casino, simply stop by a Players Club Desk and inform the representative that you opened your card online. They’ll get your personalized card and you’ll be ready to start earning!

Yes. Your Passport Rewards are safe and sound because your balance is associated with your account number – not an individual card.
A “comp” (short for “complimentary”) is a free product or service. These are issued by Hosts or at Players Club desks under special circumstances. Passport Rewards, meanwhile, are bonuses that accumulate as you play. Passport Rewards are non-cashable and non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another player.

All guests must present a valid photo I.D. (as outlined in the house rules) at any open Players Club location in order to sign up, change and/or access personal account information. Membership benefits are based on availability, play and Casino Host or management discretion. Management reserves the right to make changes to benefits without notice. Bingo, Keno, Poker and Off-Track Betting play and retail purchases are not eligible for tier tally point earnings. Express lines available at participating outlets only. All guests must abide by the posted WinStar World Casino and Resort house rules. Failure to comply with house or promotional rules or verbal instructions from property management may result in temporary or permanent loss of membership benefits and/or being barred from the facility.
